Returns & Exchanges

At Big Agnes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
